About the clinic
Universiti Malaysia Sabah Citizenship Treatment Clinic Labuan International Campus (KRW) was inaugurated on 2 August 2013 by former UMS Vice Chancellor, Prof. Datuk Dr. Mohd Harun Abdullah. The clinic also commenced operations in early 2014. The double-storey clinic located at a semi-detached house near the Residential College Beta was created to provide early treatment services to patients especially UMSKAL students.
The construction of the facility is a positive development towards UMSKAL’s management efforts to provide medical services to students as well as those enjoyed at the Master Campus in Kota Kinabalu. The Citizens Clinic is also able to save the energy, time and financial of students and staff for early treatment. In addition, KRW also has two staff members, namely assistant medical officers and trained nurses.
